F.A.Q.: “I know I booked for Medium but can we change to Small or Smedium today?” No, I am only able to accommodate your booking time or less. We cannot change to a style that takes a longer time than you’re currently booked for. Please make sure you book the correct size and length you desire upon initial booking. “I’m booked for this Thursday but i can’t make it, can we change to Saturday?” All reschedules MUST go through the app directly. “Can you squeeze me in for…?” My schedule doesn’t support Squeeze-Ins unfortunately. PAYMENT: Final payment is accepted in Cash, Zelle or Venmo. Your credit or debit card may be swiped for an additional 2.6% fee on top of your final service fee. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you are charged per minute. At 30 minutes, unfortunately I will not be able to service you that day. A late cancellation fee will be charged. LATE CANCELLATION FEE = 50% OF SERVICE CHARGE. CANCELLATION POLICY: We are all human. I understand we have emergencies but TWO CONSISTENT last minute cancellations (24 hours or less) before appointment, results in NO LONGER BOOKING with me INDEFINITELY. NO SHOW: No shows will result in no longer being able to book with me indefinitely.
